I had a fantastic stay at a comfortable and well-placed hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Accademia and Zattere boat stops. The staff were excellent, especially the friendly gentleman with the beard at reception. The breakfast was always delicious and plentiful, and the WiFi was reliable. Although the room was a bit dark at first, it wasn't really a problem once I settled in. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Venice.

The hotel is conveniently located near water transport, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with newly fitted bathrooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing helpful information and answering questions in advance. The breakfast served in the beautiful courtyard offers a wide variety of options and is highly enjoyable.
The lighting in the rooms is poor, making it difficult to read or see clothes properly.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Venice. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet area but still close to all the attractions. The rooms were well-appointed with nice decor and wooden furniture. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options including some particularly lovely croissants. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the supply of mosquito repellent for the vaporetto rides. All in all, great value for money.

The hotel is located next to the Accademia bridge, making it very close to a water bus stop and a nice area to eat out on a night. The outdoor garden, covered with vines, is a lovely place to relax and enjoy a meal, even in bad weather. The hotel is away from the crazy crowded areas, offering a peaceful and quiet stay.

Excellent location near Vaporetti, museums, and restaurants. Very helpful front desk and fluent English-speaking staff. Good recommendations and consistently good travel advice. Clean and comfortable rooms with great service, including multiple daily room services. Cozy rooftop terrace for relaxation.
